Alderney's oldest tradition, the New Year's Day 'Hose Down' from 11am in Marais Square with the Alderney Fire Brigade. Try & out run the Fire Brigade as they make chase, armed with hoses, in an attempt to catch & dunk you in the old Marais Pond!
That's followed by a New Year's Day swim at Braye Beach from 12pm.
