Visit Alderney says the large bunker, hidden away off the Longis Road, has been transformed over the last six months to create a premier visitor attraction.
Forced labourers, under German control, built the hospital in 1943.
It is the only bunker of its design in the Channel Islands, known as a ‘118b’ type bunker, which could hold up to thirty patients.
Visit Alderney have worked with local historians and States Works to repair WW2 wiring and stage the rooms.
The bunker will officially open 6 July, at 10.45am.
Caroline Gauvain from Visit Alderney says the displays will give both visitors and locals further insight into WW2 in Alderney.

Restoring this building not only safeguards it for the future but also adds another fascinating visitor attraction in our ongoing attempt to improve Alderney’s tourism offering.’’
