A yacht used to smuggle three Albanians into Guernsey is to be auctioned by the Guernsey Border Agency.
The people-trafficking attempt was staged last July, when three Albanian nationals were smuggled aboard the 30 foot yacht into Guernsey.
After arriving at the Beaucette Marina, they then attempted to get on the Condor to England, but Border and Customs officials became suspicious and stopped them.
They were sent back to France and the yacht impounded. The man behind the plan to use Guernsey as a people trafficking staging post, 25 year old Driminand Vuka, was jailed for three years and nine months.
Now, the yacht is to be auctioned by the Guernsey Border Agency.
It can be viewed at its mooring in the Victoria Marina on Saturday 3 February.
Sealed bids have to be received by 9 February.
