Plans have been lodged for a second medicinal cannabis farm in Jersey.
It would be based at the disused Northend Vineries site in St Lawrence.
The derelict glasshouses would be demolished and replaced with a new agricultural shed.
A design statement explains that plants would be grown there continuously throughout the year, with cropping and distribution carried out on a daily basis.
The shed, that would be surrounded by a two point four metre high security fence, would include growing, clone, trimming and packing rooms and a vault and dispatch area.
Two full time members of staff will be needed, increasing to four on the week of harvest.
The application comes just weeks after permission was granted to build a cannabis farm and research centre on Le Pepiniere Farm in St Mary.
