More people are going to Citizens Advice about police matters - including complaints.
There were 88 enquiries last year, compared to 55 in 2017. 12 were grievances.
Overall the Jersey Police Complaints Authority received 16 complaints about police conduct. One was upheld and seven are still being investigated.
Two of the complaints were voluntary referrals about deaths following contact with the force.
Others were about harassment or abuse of authority and excessive use of force.
Force data also show it resolved 25 grievances without them being referred to the Authority.
