Open a door of the Royal Storage Advent Calendar and WIN!

Island FM is bringing 17 days of winning each weekday from the 1st December through to Christmas Eve!

Each day we will "virtually" open a door to a storage locker at Royal Storage live on air, we will delve inside to see what's inside and look around until we find the specially wrapped present inside….wrapped by Father Christmas, unwrapped by a lucky listener…who will keep the contents as a present from Royal Storage! Prizes include vouchers, staycations, and a fabulous star prize all supplied locally!

After all everyone needs a Royal Storage unit, even Father Christmas!

During the final week of November, we will ask listeners to register to play “What’s behind the door of The Royal Storage Christmas Advent Calendar”.

Then, each weekday from the beginning of December we will announce a “word of the day” which will have a festive feel, e.g. Turkey, Reindeer, etc. During the daytime show with Carl Ward, just after midday we will make a call to someone that has previously registered. They have to answer to phone using the word of the day, e.g. say, “There’s a Turkey in Royal Storage”. If they say anything else, we move onto the next entrant. We will then have a chat with the winner, asking them questions about how their preparations for Christmas are going etc, but also invite them, on-air, to open the Storage Unit to find their prize/present.

In addition to fantastic daily prizes, some will also include a special  "Golden Ticket" which will automatically qualify the Winner to our grand final on Christmas Eve. Just after midday, onsite at Royal Storage, all five holders of the Golden Tickets won previously will each will be invited to select a keycode! They will then in turn be invited to open the "Winning Storage Unit”. Each will try their keycode, whoever opens the storage locker wins the fabulous star prize!

All this will be broadcast live on Island FM!
